“MOLTO BELLA GIVEAWAY”

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. These official rules (“Rules“) apply to the “Molto Bella Giveaway” (“Promotion”) conducted by Molto Bella Pty Ltd (“Promoter”) trading as Molto Bella Microbiome.
  2. The Promotion will commence at 12am AEST Thursday 1st May 2025 and will close 12am AEST on Sunday 15th June 2025.
  3. Information on how to participate forms part of these Rules. The Promoter may, at any time, amend, add to or delete any of these Rules.
  4. Participation is deemed acceptance of these Rules, including any changes made by the Promoter, even if the participation is before the publication of any changes to these Rules.

Eligibility

  1. To be eligible to participate (and so be a “Participant”) an individual must be over 18 years of age or have written parental consent, and be a resident of Australia
  2. An individual may only enter the Promotion once and multiple entries are not permitted.

How to Enter

  1. Complete and submit the entry form on Molto Bella’s website at www.moltobella.com.au

  1. The Prizes awarded by the Promoter are not exchangeable for any other goods or services or cash and cannot be taken in any form other than as presented.

Prize Draw

  1. The Prize Draw will take place on 16th June 2025 by a representative of Molto Bella who will randomly select a winner.
  2. The Winner will be contacted by email and phone.

General

  1. To be able to redeem the Prize a Winner must provide a copy of government issued identification containing a photograph of the Winner as proof of the Winner’s identity and age. If a winner is under the age of 18, a copy of government issued identification of the winner AND the of the parent/legal guardian must be provided, along with written consent.
  2. If a Winner does meet eligibility criteria, a new winner will be drawn at random. If you are ineligible to receive the prize, you cannot gift it to someone else. A new winner will be drawn from the entries.
  3. Winners must return the “Winner’s Acceptance and Declaration Form” within 7 days following the promotion. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of their prize. If the winner is under the age of 18, this must be signed by the parent/legal guardian.
  4. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to all relevant State and Federal laws), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
  5. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all aspects of the Promotion is final and binding on all participating individuals and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion and/or any aspect of a Prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  7. All participating individuals are responsible for any taxation liability (including any GST) or other government charges or reporting requirements arising from their participation in the Promotion or receipt of a Prize (if any). 
  8. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Promotion is governed by the Promoter’s privacy notice (which is available from the Promoter) and these Rules.  To change or modify personal details on the Promoter’s records, please contact the Promoter.
  9. All participating individuals agree (if required) to have their name and photograph used for advertising purposes and/or to take part in promotional activities including, without limitation, being interviewed by television, radio and/or other mediums for public broadcast.
  10. The Promoter reserves the rights, trademarks and copyrights of the Promotion and all artwork, images and print copy associated with the Promotion.
