We’re looking for Australian women to help us test and improve future Molto Bella skincare.

We are inviting selected panel members to trial a complimentary skincare product at home, follow a simple usage routine and share honest feedback through short online questionnaires.

Your experience—whether positive, neutral or negative—helps us understand how our products perform in real routines, on real skin.

Applying does not guarantee selection. Each study has specific eligibility requirements, and we choose participants based on the needs of that particular product test.

If you are selected for a product test, you can expect a simple, guided experience.

1. Receive your product

We’ll send you two Botanico Deluxe boxes directly to your Australian address, along with clear instructions for how and when to use it.

2. Use it as directed

This study involves using the three Botanico products – Foaming Cleanser, Active Serum, and Cocoa Butter Moisturiser – twice daily for two months.

3. Share honest feedback

You will be asked to complete a short questionnaire before starting, a couple quick check-ins during the trial and a final questionnaire at the end.

4. Receive a thank-you

For this study, participants who complete all required study activities may receive a digital thank-you voucher, in addition to keeping the product they trialled.

All successful participants will be receiving two sets of our Botanico Deluxe (enough for a two-month supply).

This is not a review-for-reward program.

We are looking for truthful product-use feedback—not a positive review, a social-media post or a testimonial. Your responses help guide future formulation, product development, instructions and customer experience.

If you are selected, any completion reward is provided for completing the agreed study activities. It is not dependent on whether you like the product or give favourable feedback.

Your wellbeing comes first.

Before taking part, selected applicants receive study information, including product-use directions and what to do if they experience an unexpected reaction. If at any point the product feels unsuitable for your skin, you can stop using it and contact us.

We may ask applicants about skincare sensitivities, current facial treatments or recent procedures to help determine whether a particular study is appropriate. This does not mean Molto Bella products are unsuitable for you; it simply helps us run each product test responsibly.

Please do not apply for a current study if you are experiencing a significant facial skin reaction, have broken or infected skin on the intended application area, are currently using a prescription facial treatment, or have recently had a facial procedure—unless the study instructions specifically say otherwise.

We collect only the information needed to assess eligibility, contact selected participants, deliver products and analyse feedback from the product test.

Your individual responses are treated confidentially and used in line with our Privacy Policy. We may report combined, de-identified results from a group of participants, but we will not use your name, image, social handle or an identifiable quote in marketing without asking for separate permission.

You can ask to withdraw from the testing panel or opt out of future invitations at any time.
